Learning outcomes

By the end of the year, the students will be able to:

  • Elaborate a diagnosis, produces environmental health baselines
  • Assess the impacts of environmental factors (protective and risk factors) resulting from a policy, project or intervention on the health of populations, using appropriate tools
  • Promote and implement environmental health into policies, projects or interventions
  • Manage projects applied to environmental health policies, projects or actions
  • Communicate and disseminate environmental health information.

The “Environmental and Occupational Health Sciences” specialisation will therefore take place in Rennes.

  • Module 2: Identification and diagnosis of Environmental Health problems in a territory (3 ECTS)
  • Module 3: GIS dedicated to Environmental Health (3 ECTS)
  • Module 4: Assess the health impacts of environmental factors (3 ECTS)
  • Module 5: Integration of environmental health in policies, projects and interventions (3 ECTS)
  • Module 6: Monitoring and following Environmental Health actions (1.5 ECTS)
  • Module 7: Case study (4.5 ECTS)
  • Advanced Core module – Biostatistics (3 ECTS)
